Finance Manager

1. According to the company's strategy, plan and requirements, assist the chief financial officer to formulate and improve various internal control systems and processes such as cost, budget, expense, and asset management, and supervise the implementation.

2. Organize and review the preparation of annual financial budgets and monthly business plans and submit preparation reports and execution analysis reports

3. Organizational business analysis

4. Organize the formulation of target costs, organize cost calculation and analysis, review technical transformation projects and cost improvement measures, and track and analyze cost index improvement results

5. Organize monthly cost analysis meetings and supervise the implementation of the resolutions of the follow-up meetings

6. Responsible for organizing the value management of construction in progress, fixed assets and intangible assets, supervising and reviewing the process management of asset procurement, acceptance, settlement, allocation, disposal, etc.

1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in finance and finance related majors, master degree is preferred

2. 5 years of financial work experience, more than 3 years of financial manager experience

3. More than 3 years of work experience in industrial manufacturing enterprises, or more than 2 years of work experience in chemical companies

4. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office skills, familiar with general financial software, and able to proficiently apply various reports

5. Familiar with the overall cost accounting process and cost-related systems

6. Qualification certificate: financial related certificates are preferred.
